The Nook was born out of a simple but powerful truth: moms shouldn't have to choose between building a business and raising their kids.

Founded by entrepreneur and mother of five, Jakki Millo, The Nook is the space she wished existed —one where moms can work, build, meet clients, and connect with other women, all while their little ones play safely nearby.

Like so many moms, Jakki experienced the tug-of-war between motherhood and ambition. Working from home was lonely. Traditional coworking spaces didn’t welcome children. Daycare didn’t always make sense—financially or emotionally. So she created something different.

The Nook is more than a workspace. It’s a movement.

It’s where mompreneurs and remote-working moms gather to get things done, build dreams, and still be present for the moments that matter most.
